Matt 13:11
He answered and said unto them because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them, it is not given.

2. Prayer Points
Matt 13:13-15
13 Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand.
14 And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, by hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive:
15 For this people’s heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.16. 6 But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear.

 Father, by divine understanding, open my spiritual eyes so I may see, open my deaf ears so I may hear and thereby make me a blessed person, so I may have access to spiritual things of heaven in Jesus’ name.
Matt 13:19
When anyone heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the wayside.

 Father, by spiritual understanding I develop a spiritual root that will prevent me from affliction and persecution thereby prevent my blessing from being stolen.

Matt 13:20-21
20 But he that received the seed into stony places, the same is he that heareth the word, and anon with joy receiveth it;
21 Yet hath he not root in himself, but dureth for a while: for when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, by and by he is offended.

 Father, I cover myself with the blood of Jesus, thereby possess the spiritual understanding to understand the spiritual things in Jesus’ name.

Matt 13:22
22 He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful.

Father in the name of Jesus I disconnect myself from the worry of life, thereby retain my blessings.

Matt 13:23
But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.

 Father, by spiritual understanding, I begin producing unlimited results in Jesus name

Matt 14:8
And she, being before instructed of her mother, said, Give me here John Baptist’s head in a charger.

 Father destroy every evil prompting against my destiny in Jesus name.

3. Prophecies
Matt 13:43
Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.

2 Cor 5:21… You are righteous of God through Christ Jesus

 By the Power in the name of Jesus this year, you will shine.

4. Revelation
Matt 13:3-4… the Sower went out to sow.
Ecc 11:4

He that observeth the wind shall not sow; and he that regardeth the clouds shall not reap.

If you wait for perfect conditions, you will never get anything done
Only a sower is qualified for harvest.

 He spoke in parables once to the crowd, but four times to the disciples. The disciples were exposed to the understanding of both parables, but the crowd does not.

 You cannot be in-crowd and be a disciple at the same time

 Wisdom and Understanding are always above the crowd.

Matt 13:25
But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.

 Sleeping lets something good to slip away from someone.
Matt 13:28
“An enemy has done this”

Whatever that is not good is not God.
Matt 14:24… they were tossed by the waves of the sea, but when Jesus got there the wind ceased

 Absence of Jesus invites unrest, while His presence chases it away.
Matt 14:34… they were tossed by the waves of the sea, but when Jesus got there the wind ceased

 Only those who crossover with Jesus will have access to land safely.

5. Inspiration

Matt 13:3-8
3 And he spake many things unto them in parables, saying, Behold, a sower went forth to sow;
4 And when he sowed, some seeds fell by the wayside, and the fowls came and devoured them up 5 Some fell upon stony places, where they had not much earth: and forthwith they sprung up because they had no deepness of earth:
6 And when the sun was up, they were scorched; and because they had no root, they withered away.
7 And some fell among thorns, and the thorns sprung up and choked them:
8 But other fell into good ground and brought forth fruit, some a hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold.

 Only Those Who Take Time Out To Sow Will Gather Experiences, Only The Experienced Will Have One Good Experienced And Only One Good Experienced Will Produces In 100’s, 60’s And 30’s

 The vacuum in your life is an indication that you have not found God’s hidden treasure.

 It only takes intentional action to secure a great destiny.

2020: Writing Challenge Day 4 | Sit| Rotimi Adedokun

Thrones are designed for kings, and kings are crown on thrones. As no king is ever been enthroned standing, so no man will ever taste greatness without first sit down and stop running up and down. No King is too busy to sit; they even give their verdicts, orders, and commands on their seats. If you cannot sit down and do the real work, you will continuously stand and do the menial work.

What is sit? Sit here connote your intentional ability to bring yourself in a place of communing with life in other to win with life and conquer life challenges. Sitting is winning; sitting is growing; sitting is working; sitting is wrestling and sitting is the ultimate. Those who sit to plan will win before they start and will always give orders to those who don’t. Sitting, therefore, is the readiness to receive from the invisible world and diligently plan, act, and ensure the reality whatever that is received.

Finance requires sitting because you can buy what you don’t need to please people who don’t care with the money that you don’t have. Relationship and marriage require sitting; because it is not “l LOVE YOU” that keeps and sustains a relationship and marriage, it is the fear of God, an intentional heart of no competition, and no quitting. Personal growth requires sitting because only growth shows that you are on the go, and without proper sitting, one might easily confuse activity for productivity.

Think Sitting, Think Results.

The big question is, when last did you sit to plan your life?

29. Take my yoke upon you and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
30. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

2. Prayer Point
Matt 12:13
Then saith he to the man, Stretch forth thine hand. And he stretched it forth; and it was restored whole, like as the other.

Father, at your command I receive restoration of my spirit, soul, and body in Jesus’ name.

3. Prophecy

Matt 12:14-15
Then the Pharisees went out, and held a council against him, how they might destroy him.
But when Jesus knew it, he withdrew himself from thence: and great multitudes followed him, and he healed them all.

Verse 18-21. Your Assignment is much more than dignity/self-respect.

 Sometimes God doesn’t want you to do anything than to just hide.

 This year 2020 is going to be your year of the spiritual sensitivity you will know ahead, see ahead and be proactive.

4. Revelation

Matt 11:5
The blind receives their sight, and the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor have the gospel preached to them.

God knows what you want.
A poor man does not need money. All he needs is good news/how-to/ the way out.

Matt 12:8
For the Son of man is Lord even of the sabbath day.

Dry place – a wordless area
Good believers fill their lives with the water of the word (Eph 5:26) That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,

 A wordless believer will always open the door for the enemy to strike the second time.
5. Inspiration
Matt 11:9-11
But what went ye out for to see? A prophet? yea, I say unto you, and more than a prophet.
10 For this is he, of whom it is written, Behold, I send my messenger before thy face, which shall prepare thy way before thee.11 Verily I say unto you, among them that are born of women there hath not risen a greater than John the Baptist: notwithstanding he that is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he.

Verse 14.. John is the Elijah who has to come.

 If you don’t know who you are, you live the life that you don’t want.
Matt 12:3,5

3 But he said unto them, have ye not read what David did, when he was an hungred, and they that were with him;
5 Or have ye not read in the law, how that on the sabbath days the priests in the temple profane the sabbath, and are blameless?

 Reading is the highway to knowing and knowing is what erases your name from list of foolishness.

Matt 12:34
O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.

 The word of your mouth is the function of your daily intake. Excess of your daily intake is what people see.
 If there is nothing to see that means you don’t have excess if you don’t have excess that means you have enough.

Matt 12:37
For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words, thou shalt be condemned.

 Develop a good attitude of the right use of your mouth.

2020: Writing Challenge Day 3 | Progress| Rotimi Adedokun

Progress

There are three P’s in the school of success, and progress is one of them. Life is about progress, and progress is life; if you remove progress from life, it automatically becomes stagnation. Progress is the link between what it is and what it’s supposed to be. One of the attributes of a living thing is growth. Growth here signifies progress. Where there is no progress, there is an automatic retrogress. No life stays at the same point and not die; all beings are either going further or going backward. That is why the famous saying: forward ever, backward never. Progress is evidence of a good life. Progress is an indication or force that shows growth, indicating positive change and displaces increase.

Progress is not the absence of mistakes but a strong indication of overcoming the shortcomings of your life. Progress shows your fight that you fought and won, discoveries that you uncover, the unseen price that you pay, the secrets that you recover, regret that you refuse to hold you back, pains that you cannot share, and your stories that you don’t know how to tell.

Think result, think progress.

The big question is, are you progressing?

Day 5| 01052020

Everything has a beginning, and the beginning of life is the Spirit. The secret is this; the spirit realm rules the physical realm, so if you want the best of life, you have to be spiritual. Spirituality, therefore, is the mother of life. Spirituality here does not connote religious, but it means the fear of God, your secure connection with God’s kingdom, and your boldness to confess Jesus as your Lord and personal Savior in public. Even Apostle Paul said Spirituality is profitable (1 Tim 4:8). The reason is simple; if you can get it right spiritually, you will get it right everywhere.

1. SCRIPTURE OF THE DAY

Matt 9:17
KJV

17 Neither do men put new wine into old bottles: else the bottles break, and the wine runneth out, and the bottles perish: but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are preserved.

And who would use old wineskins to store new wine? For the old skins would burst with the pressure, and the wine would be spilled, and skins ruined. Only new wineskins are used to store new wine. That way both are preserved.”

2. PRAYER POINT
Matt 9:5-6
For whether is easier, to say, thy sins be forgiven thee; or to say, Arise, and walk?
6 But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins, (then saith he to the sick of the palsy,) Arise, take up thy bed, and go unto thine house.

I, the Messiah, have the authority on earth to forgive sins. But talk is cheap—anybody could say that. So, I’ll prove it to you by healing this man.” Then, turning to the paralyzed man, he commanded, “Pick up your stretcher and go on home, for you are healed.”

Matt 9:28-29
And when he was come into the house, the blind men came to him: and Jesus saith unto them, believe ye that I am able to do this? They said unto him, Yea, Lord. 29. Then touched He their eyes, saying, according to your faith be it unto you.

 Throughout this 2020, you will experience God’s touch for your total healing in Jesus’ name.

4. REVELATION

Matt 9:9
And as Jesus passed forth from thence, he saw a man, named Matthew, sitting at the receipt of custom: and he saith unto him, FOLLOW ME. And HE AROSE AND FOLLOWED HIM.

Matt 21:21-22
21 Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, if ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done. 22 And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.

 Follow me. And he arose and followed him.
 Jesus doesn’t say too much because of who He was that He does have to say.
 Excess talk is evidence of absence of power. Real power is a function of faith of God not faith in God. God faith is now. Therefore, as a child of God who has God’s kind of faith should say it like God and expect and expect as immediately.

Matt 9:15
And Jesus said unto them, Can the children of the bridechamber mourn, as long as the bridegroom is with them? but the days will come, when the bridegroom shall be taken from them, and then shall they fast.

 The presence of Jesus prevents evil occurrences.

Matt 10:19-20
But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak.
20 For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you.

 The spirit of a father.

 Your results will determine how people will praise God.

2020: Writing Challenge Day 2 | Price | Rotimi Adedokun

Price is the means of transferring, compensating for, and exchanging value. The secret of every value is the price that is attached to it. Price places worth on a value. Price speaks of worth, and worth defines the originality. Price speaks to the mind, thereby get the mind ready for payment.

Every great thing in this world comes with the price. There is a price of living healthy, traveling around the world, and become a person of influence. Knowledge, wisdom, and understanding all come with a price. There is a price to be paid if you want to be in custody of life’s secrets. There is a price to be a good father. A price to be a good mother. A price to be a good minister, Bishop, and Reverence, etc. There is also a price to be a good and effective leader.

The price that you can pay will determine the lifestyle that you can live. In the school of success, there is no scarcity; what we have is a lack of readiness to pay. Price is what creates class; class is what shows level, and level is what reveals who you are. If a price is not needed, ambition, passion, zeal, vision, and dream would not be necessary.

If you believe no price is too big to pay, you will soon know that they are no unachievable prize. Those who pay the price yesterday are living their lives today, and those who pay the price today will reap the benefits tomorrow.

Mediocre will say I can’t pay for it? Losers will say, is too expensive, winners will ask for a price reduction, but champions will say I will pay for it. This is the big question, are you ready to pay the price for 2020? Remember, no pain, no gain.

1. Scripture Of The Day Matt 7-8 

Matt 7:11

If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?

 

2. Prayer Point

Matt 7:24-25

24 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:

25 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.

Father, give me the power to hear your word and act accordingly to withstand the storm of life in Jesus’ name.

3. Prophecy

Matt 7:21

This is year by the power that is in the name of Jesus, you will do the will of God to the end in Jesus name.

4. Revelation

Matt 7:20

Wherefore by their fruits, ye shall know them.

You cannot be known by your walk, word, or believes, but by fruits (results).

Life is not in what you say, but in the result that you command.

Talk is cheap; results are expensive

Words are free, but actions have a price tag

Normal life is easy, but living extra-ordinary is costly

Matt 8:11-12

And I say unto you, That many shall come from the east and west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven.

  • Understand gives you access to an inheritance.

Matt 8:14 …in bed with a fever

  • Fever is a person.

Matt 8:15

He touched her and she began she arose and minister to them.

  • One of the reasons you are healed is to serve.

Matt 8:16-18

Leverage on other testimony, to attract your miracle.

The people heard what Jesus did for Peter’s mother-in-law the came to receive their’

Matt 8: 24-26

And, behold, there arose a great tempest in the sea, insomuch that the ship was covered with the waves: but he was asleep.

25 And his disciples came to him, and awoke him, saying, Lord, save us: we perish.

26 And he saith unto them, why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm.

  • Because Jesus is in the boat, safety is a guarantee.

Matt 8:34

And, behold, the whole city came out to meet Jesus: and when they saw him, they besought him that he would depart out of their coasts.

ü Results draws attention.

5. Inspiration

Matt 7:17-18

17 Even so, every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.

18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.

  • It’s not about the fruit but tree. Much more it not about the tree but the seed.
  • The seed grows to be the tree, and the tree produces the fruit.
  • Your source will determine your results
  • Where you are feeding from will determine how will end
  • A good tree can’t produce evil fruit, and an evil tree can’t produce good fruit.
  • The result is a function of your person.
  • Your person is a function of your intake.

6. Action

Matt 8:5-7

5 And when Jesus was entered into Capernaum, there came unto him a centurion, beseeching him,

6 And saying, Lord, my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented.

7 And Jesus saith unto him, I will come and heal him.

  • Some things will never come to you, but you have to go to it
  • Those who stand to demand what they want will always get it
  • What do you want to do is what will birth what you will get
  • Sit back like last year and do nothing, or you want to stand this year and be what God has ordained you to be?

Who taught the people with authority and not like the scribes?

2020: Writing Challenge Day 1 | Discipline| Rotimi Adedokun

Hard work is meaningful. However, beyond hard work is discipline. Discipline is the ability to put your body under in other to achieve a set goal. Discipline is a force that ensures the finished product all one’s engagement. Discipline is the capability that solves all hard sentence of life. Nothing becomes great only by hard work, greatness is much more a function of hard work and discipline. Hard work gets to work, but discipline continues with the task until the work results in success. George Washington said, “discipline is the soul of an army. It makes small numbers formidable; procures success to the weak, and esteem to all.”

Purpose is excellent; a vision is good, and a dream is powerful, but discipline is the mother of them all. Without discipline, purpose will be questioned. Without discipline, vision will be blurring, and a dream without discipline will be drenched. Hard work goes to work, but discipline gets the work done. Vision sees the future, but discipline draws the plan and picks the team, shares responsibilities, and coordinate get the results.

Nothing is impossible where discipline is still breathing. There is always a way out when discipline is still leading the way. Show me a disciplined man, and I will point to you the possibility in a seemingly impossibility situation. Discipline is a creator; Discipline is a finisher, and discipline is the insurance of greatness. Everybody can go to rest, but not discipline. Discipline says until today’s task is complete, rest will never be tolerated.

No one can be discipline for you, you are either discipline or you are not, and if you are not, you will serve the disciplined soul. Discipline can either be a must, a life, or a choice. Discipline is a must for a winner, a life for a champion but a choice for an average man. You can’t be disciplined and not know, and you can’t be disciplined and not win. Winners are discipline, but champions live a disciplined life.

Little discipline today will get your names out of the mediocre list. More discipline will get you in the right direction, while real discipline will change your destiny and write your name among world changers. Think about real success and the possibility of life, think discipline.

The big question is, are you discipline?

My Personal Note From Studying Matt 5-6

1. Prayer Points
Matt 5:14-16
Father, show me what to do to retain the salt and light in me for the benefit of your kingdom and the world in Jesus’ name.

2. Prophecies

Matt 6:24
No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one and love the other; or else he will hold to the one and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

Between God and Mammon, there is the One. You either be a man or woman of God or a man of woman of gold. Gold is good but is only limited on the earth; also, God is good. He gives eternal life. Make your choice.

The Prophecy
Throughout the year 2020, you will never serve the God of gold (Mammon) in Jesus’ name. God will be your God from the beginning to the end, during the day and night in Jesus’ name.

3. Revelation

Matt 5:1
And seeing the multitudes, he went up into a mountain: and when he was set, his disciples came unto him

Only the disciples are allowed on the mountain, and only those who are on the mountain can be taught; only those who are taught (Prepares, education/ train and get your ready for the task ahead of you) will know, and only those who know can lead.
Are you a disciple?

4. Inspiration

Matt 5:29
…it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.

Living Bible Version
Better for part of you to be destroyed than for all of you to be cast into hell.

A good life starts with discomfort and end in comfort and not otherwise.

It is better to give out little now, than for you to lose it all at the end.

Mic Murdock said, “there are two types of pain. The pain of discipline and the pain of regret.”
Jim Rohn said, “the pain of discipline weighs ounces while the pain of regret weighs tons.”

You seek the things of the world like the Gentiles does, or you seek/find God first, and all other things shall be added to you. Life is a choice. I believe it is wise for you to seek one thing and have other things added to you. Seek the kingdom. Serve God, Be a blessing, love people, and witness to them about the love of Jesus.
